5 October 2020 – According to the survey, 98% of respondents totally or partially agree that the Economic Council is an essential tool in promoting economic reforms and it is important that it continues its activity in the near future. The data also show that 93% of survey participants totally or partially agree that the business environment has improved in the areas the Economic Council has undertaken its work. In January 2020, this opinion was shared by 88 percent of respondents.<\/p>\n

84% of respondents totally or partially agree with the idea that the Economic Council promotes initiatives that correspond to the interests of business associations, good international practices and are supported by the international community. At the beginning of this year this percentage was 99%. One argument that can explain this decrease is the effects of the pandemic on the activity of the whole society, of the state institutions and of the prioritization of the subjects during this period.<\/p>\n

The survey also shows that 86% of respondents totally or partially agree that trust between the government and the business community has improved over the course of the activity of the Economic Council.<\/p>\n

In January 2020, 95% of respondents were of this opinion.<\/p>\n
