{"id":5987,"date":"2019-06-27T08:28:33","date_gmt":"2019-06-27T07:28:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consecon.gov.md\/en\/?p=5987"},"modified":"2022-09-18T21:44:29","modified_gmt":"2022-09-18T18:44:29","slug":"designing-and-managing-projects-for-results-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consecon.d.ourbox.org\/en\/2019\/06\/27\/designing-and-managing-projects-for-results-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Designing and Managing Projects for Results workshop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Heads of the Economic Council working groups and experts of the Council Secretariat participate in \u201cDesigning and Managing Projects for Results\u201d workshop organized by International Finance Corporation World Bank Group.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this workshop is to improve participants\u2019 skills in designing and managing projects for results. The session covered identification the development challenge, choosing solutions, conducting a stakeholder analysis, developing the theory of change, incorporating risks into the project and measuring results.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop was led by Kamal Siblini, Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, World Bank Group, supported by Yuriy Kuzmyn, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Victoria Tetyora, Private Sector Specialist, IFC.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop lasted between June 24 -27, 2019. In the workshop were discussed topics such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deconstructing the problem \u2013 identifying causes of the market failure and Relationship-based situational analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Building the solution and options analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder analysis;<\/li>\n<li>General overview of the Theory of Change (TOC) process and the resulting product, TOC approaches and principles, connecting TOC with monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E);<\/li>\n<li>Incorporating risks into the project;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and Evaluation \u2013 M&amp;E fundamentals, approaches, frameworks, tools, plans;<\/li>\n<li>Connecting the dots \u2013 putting it all together.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This workshop is an objectives of the upcoming M&amp;E mission to Chisinau to assess the current capacity and tools employed by the Secretariat of Economic Council to the Prime Minister in performing its M&amp;E functions.<\/p>\n<div><em>The Secretariat of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister is&nbsp; supported&nbsp; by&nbsp; the&nbsp; European&nbsp; Bank&nbsp; for&nbsp; Reconstruction&nbsp; and&nbsp; Development, funded by the UK Government\u2019s Good Governance Fund, and the World Bank Group project \u201cInvestment Climate Reform\u201d, funded by the Sweden.<\/em><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4385 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/consecon.gov.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/logooooo-300x47.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/consecon.gov.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/logooooo-300x47.jpg 300w, https:\/\/consecon.gov.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/logooooo-768x121.jpg 768w, https:\/\/consecon.gov.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/logooooo-1024x161.jpg 1024w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"47\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heads of the Economic Council working groups and experts of the Council Secretariat participate in \u201cDesigning and Managing Projects for Results\u201d workshop organized by International Finance Corporation World Bank Group.
