The implementation of the eKYC service is promoted with the support of the Economic Council Secretariat, which, during 2023, advocated for the approval of the deliverables developed under the project launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the British Embassy, which decided to support the implementation of the eKYC service in Moldova.\u00a0 With the support of the Secretariat of the Economic Council, legislative and regulatory changes were made, including the Decision on the governmental remote person identification service (eKYC), which will ensure an adequate regulatory framework for the development of eKYC in Moldova.
